- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
3. Ship the Item Back: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Please send the item back within 7 days of receiving our approval.

 4. Different Circumstances for Returns/Refunds

- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the standard return process. Specify the desired item in your initial email. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the exchange item within 5 business days.

- Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you can return the item within the 30-day return period. The item must meet the eligibility criteria. Refunds for change of mind will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

- Faulty Items: If the item you received is faulty, contact us immediately upon reception. Provide details and pictures if possible. We will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange. Refunds for faulty items will be processed within 5 business days of our confirmation.

- Damaged Items: Inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately with details and pictures. We will evaluate the issue and offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange if confirmed. Refunds for damaged items will be processed within 5 business days of our confirmation.

- Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. Provide details and pictures if possible. We will evaluate the issue and offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange if confirmed. Refunds for wrong products will be processed within 5 business days of our confirmation.

- Never Arrived: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and either reship the order or offer a full refund.

- Cancellation After Ordering: If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process once you receive the item.
